Underground parking at no extra charge is available and access is done via an elevator. Getting into the elevator when leaving can be a bit difficult as it is narrow, but it's still doable

I had a very big smoking room (I'm a smoker, so yay!), and there were more burn holes than I've ever seen anywhere before, long spill marks on the carpet from I don't want to know what, "things" stuck to the bed cover, and greasy hand prints smeared over the outside of the windows (on the 5th floor!).
Paint is flaking off the walls all over the hotel, and the ground floor buttons in the elevators have worn through to the bone... all not great.
And yet, the lovely staff made up for it.
Excellent location, for all the facilities of the city - and a short walk from the train station. Ample choice for the breakfast. A good night's sleep especially compare to Belgrade City Centre. Well that's the positive things out the way . . . the hotel is a little bit dated, despite being redecorated. Stained carpets, grubby bathrooms with crumbs and hair on the floor and drawers in the bedroom area. Foyer is full of flies, and furniture with cigarette burns, obviously deep cleaning, or even an inspection, after Covid was not on the agenda. It is overpriced, certainly by EU standards, even by Yugoslav standards I would still say it was disappointing. Staff were pleasant enough but seemed to be worn out as well. Would I stay here again with my wife? . . . definitely not, far better places to stay near by. Would I stay here again with my co-workers? . . definitely not, there are better places to impress or cheaper places to work from and do business. Sadly I was disappointed, especially for the price, which is a shame because Novi Sad is a really clean city, a good tourist destination and a good place to do business.
